POV: almost ready to sell....
Here I am in the middle of Janary. Thinking about selling in the spring. I would be reaching out to a Realtor. In Albany, I would look at the signs up. I keep seeing PPG or Premiere Property Group. I ChatGPT Premiere Property Group to find out they are the #1 Brokerage in Oregon. That's a good start. I start checking out people's socials. What sticks out? What looks good is what I start asking myself. Now that I found the who. It's a bigger focus on the what. I need to start downsizing. I need to clean and declutter. Essentially starting my moving process.
